a. A refund request can be made within seven days of the delivery of the final artwork.
b. Only eligible for refunds are cases where the delivered artwork significantly deviates from the agreed-upon specifications or in case of significant quality issues.
a. To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at email@example.com and provide your order information, along with a detailed explanation.
b. We may ask for additional information or supporting documents, such as reference materials or examples, to assess the claim and determine the best solution.
Assessment and Resolution:
a. Once we receive your refund request, we will review the provided information and assess the claim.
b. We may ask for revisions or adjustments before considering a refund.
c. We will more than likely request the item(s) being refunded to be returned. This postage will be at a cost to yourself.
d. If the claim is deemed valid, we will either issue a refund or offer an alternative solution, such as a revision or additional work to rectify the issue.
a. Approved refunds will be processed within  business days of the claim’s approval.
b. Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment. The refund will be credited to the same credit card if the payment was made via credit card.
Non-Refundable Items and Services:
a. Custom illustrations or commissioned artwork that have been approved by the client and delivered as per the agreed-upon specifications are non-refundable.
b. Digital Prints and other downloadable items are also non-refundable.
Ownership and Usage:
a. In the event of a refund, the client will relinquish any rights and ownership of the artwork, and they shall have no further usage rights for the refunded artwork.
